This form is intended for use by university faculty, staff, and campus partners to report alumni engagement activities for inclusion in the SJF Alumni Association's annual CASE Insights on Alumni Engagement Score. Your submissions help us recognize and celebrate alumni involvement across campus. Faculty, instructors, and staff are encouraged to use this form to notify the Alumni Association when alumni: Serve as panelists or guest speakers in classrooms or department/unite events (in person or virtually) Attend university-sponsored events Serve as a career mentor or internship host Interview for an alumni profile Serve on an advisory board or council Participate in other meaningful ways that engage with the University.
